3 fiber crackers
1 tbsp. low-fat cream cheese
Coffee or tea & glass of water.
 
Lunch
Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon
Vinaigrette Dressing
3-5 oz. grilled chicken
Tea or Glass of Water.
 
Dinner
Garden Salad w/ Vinaigrette Dressing
3-5 oz. grilled steak
Steamed Vegetables.
DB Hybrid:
DB Snatch 6 reps ea/arm
DB Clean and Press 6 reps ea/arm
DB Squat 6 Reps
DB Bent row 6 Reps ea/arm
DB Swing 6 reps ea/arm
Burpies w/DB's 10 reps
DB Back Lunge 6 Reps ea/leg

Repeat 3-4X with minimal rest between sets.
